Here you can rest, catch a breath and take a well deserved break. Proven to support mental health and wellbeing, the room can be visited if you need a moment to switch off and decompress, talk with a trained mental wellbeing host, or simply sit back, rest and digest. Pick up a pair of noise cancelling headphones and listen to a calm meditation, read a back or magazine, enjoy some mindful colouring, release tension with fidget toys or simply sit take in the peace and quiet.
