Victoria Johnson began her career working in mixed practice. She moved into the field of diagnostic imaging becoming a European Diplomate in 2003. She worked in teaching institutions in the USA and Australia before returning to the UK and founding VetCT in 2009. As CEO of VetCT, Victoria is passionate about creating great places to work, leading with kindness and integrity, and having a meaningful impact on the health and happiness of veterinary teams.
