Tshidi is a Veterinary Wellness Coach, Speaker, Author, Award Winning Well-being Educator, and a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon with over 20 years of clinical experience in almost all sectors of the veterinary industry. She holds a postgraduate Certificate in Small Animal Surgery & works in clinical practice. She is the Founder of Gardiner Coaching & creator of the Well-Being Champion Blueprint Certification. She is also a Director of Affinity Futures and is the current RCVS Diversity & Inclusion Committee Chair and Lead for Global development.
