Rachel James
Rachel is an RCVS recognised specialist in cardiology. She graduated from Cambridge in 1999 and, after working for 4 years in general practice, moved to Liverpool University as a resident in Cardiology. During the last decade, Rachel has lectured internationally, been involved in numerous research studies and published widely. Rachel has always been passionate about the treatment and management of heart failure in both dogs and cats. Rachel has previously been the secretary for the European society of Veterinary Cardiology and is the current supplements editor for Journal of Small Animal Practice. Rachel and her team, at James Specialist Veterinary Cardiology, visit practices throughout the Northwest of the United Kingdom, seeing cardiology referral cases.
