Olivia Anderson-Nathan
Affinity Futures and BVCIS
As well as consultancy EDI work, Liv has worked in a variety of clinical and nonclinical roles since qualifying as a vet in 2016. Growing up at the intersection of multiple marginalised communities, she has been working to educate the veterinary profession on how to recognise discrimination, improve diversity and inclusion, and move forward with accessibility. As a Director of British Chronic Illness Support, she champions inclusion for disabled students and staff across the profession, engaging with RCVS, BVA, universities, corporate and independent practices and various other organisations working the veterinary and animal health space to make change happen.
