Jessica graduated as an RVN from the Royal Veterinary College in 2015 and, completed her BSc (Hons) in Veterinary Nursing in 2016. She worked in first opinion practice, before moving into referral work as a specialist Theatre RVN at the Queen Mother Hospital for Animals. In 2019 she was promoted to Senior Theatre RVN, then to Head Theatre RVN in 2021. Her role involves managing a multi-disciplinary theatre suite and its team. She graduated with a PGCert in Veterinary Education and Fellowship in 2023. Special interests include sustainability in veterinary practice, leadership and management, teaching and mentoring and, all things surgical!
