Diane James
Diane James is Head of Blue Cross Pet Loss Support, the team provides support for any type of animal loss, using free phone, email and webchat open every day of the year. Having worked in Human loss, after completing her post grad in counselling, Diane joined Blue Cross in 2014, having worked as a senior HR manager for several years, working in large public facing organisations.
Diane often speaks at conferences and congresses, as well as appearing on national and local Television and radio. Diane is co-chair of the pet loss network, and she is also a trustee of Helplines partnership UK.
