He is a member of the British Endodontic Society, British Small Animal Veterinary Association and British Association of Oral Surgeons and is a past President of the British Veterinary Dental Association. Alex has taught at Cambridge, Liverpool, Bristol, Glasgow and Nottingham University Veterinary Schools and devised the UK’s first fully intra-curricular undergraduate veterinary dentistry course and post-graduate Certificate in Veterinary Dentistry.
