Sian graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2012 and has since worked in primary care and emergency care small animal practice. She joined the Hot Dogs research team in 2022 and completed a MRes at the Royal Veterinary College in 2024 evaluating the VetCompass clinical grading tool for heat-related illness in dogs and exploring the epidemiology of heat-related illness in UK dogs.
