Mark is currently an Orthopaedic Surgeon and Director of Movement Referrals (a group independent orthopaedic and neurology referral clinic in the North West and East Midlands). He is the initiator and clinical lead of the RCVS Knowledge Canine Cruciate Registry. In 2024 he was awarded the RCVS Impact Award for the development of this registry. His clinical interests include management of cruciate disease, total hip replacement and common calcaneal tendon injuries (he has developed a novel treatment technique for these injuries which is now used internationally).
