Lou qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) in 2009 and has since gained extensive experience in a range of first-opinion practices as well as a referral hospital. She holds two additional certificates in anaesthesia and emergency and critical care (ECC) nursing. Currently she is the Clinical Nurse Lead at a busy first opinion practice in Buckinghamshire.
