Lauren Demos
Dr. Lauren Demos has since worked in various aspects of feline medicine, including general practice, referral medicine, radioiodine therapy, telehealth, infectious disease research, and shelter medicine. She completed a feline medicine residency and obtained her Feline Diplomate status in 2019; subsequently she has practiced in various niches of veterinary medicine around the world. She currently is a consultant in private practice in the UK, as well as lecturing and teaching on various feline topics. She is a past president of the American Association of Feline Practitioners, and has worked with the Veterinary Information Network, the International Society for Feline Medicine, and Fear Free in various capacities. She is passionate about feline internal medicine, and integrating various therapeutic approaches of feline medicine to treat the feline patient in toto.
