Chris is a Director and Chair of the Veterinary Management Group (VMG). He has worked in several senior leadership roles within the veterinary world over the last 17 years for both independent practices and corporate groups. He runs a training and consultancy business (www.mongretc.com) which provides affordable leadership development and soft skills training alongside consultancy and project management services for veterinary practices.
