Where's my delegate pack?
If you register before 28th February we will post out your delegate badge and tickets. For anyone registering after 28th February we will send you an email with a barcode to scan and print your badge onsite.
Your delegate bag, lanyard and programme will be available to collect from various locations on arrival.
We are delighted to introduce a crèche at at Congress 2019. The new facility will be based in Arena Birmingham and is provided by Ofsted 'Outstanding' rated childcare and entertainment provider Nipperbout. Places are available for children aged 0-8 at £30 a day (including lunch and refreshments) when registering for Congress online, or for more information please call 01452 726720.
Both the ICC and Arena Birmingham have facilities for disabled visitors, but there is also the option to book a manual wheelchair free of charge from the security control room, please call +44 (0)121 780 4949.
Please contact us if you need any assistance with your arrangements at Congress. For those with a hearing impairment, an induction loop system is available in all halls. Hearing loops are available to collect at any time from the information desk on the foyer of Hall 3. What comes with my Congress registration?
All lecture passes include:
- Complimentary access to the Congress Exhibition
- 1 drinks voucher and 1 complimentary lunch for each day of registration
- A downloadable copy of the proceedings and a printed copy available on request
- A Congress bag with your programme along with exclusive exhibition vouchers and offers
- BSAVA members also get access to the Congress Podcasts which are available to watch 2-3 weeks after Congress
How many CPD points can I get from attending?
Vets can claim a maximum of 31 hours and veterinary nurses 30 hours from attending Congress.
We supply a self-certified certificate in each delegate bag that you can complete with the lectures you attended.

Your safety is of paramount concern to us. Please make sure you wear you delegate badge at all times - not displaying your delegate badge will result in being refused access to the venue. Please also note there will be increased security at BSAVA Congress 2019 which will include bag searches and random checks.
