1.3 For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998, the data controller is the BSAVA.
2 . THE INFORMATION THE BSAVA COLLECTS AND HOW THE BSAVA USES IT
2.1 When you visit the Website, join the Website as a registered user, member, purchase Products and/or Services and/or Apps offered on the Website, the BSAVA may collect information including your name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, credit card number and expiry date, Products and/or Services and/or Apps obtained and such other relevant information which the BSAVA deems necessary to provide you with Product and/or Services and/or Apps and provide maintenance and support services. 5.1 If the BSAVA and/or part of its business is sold or integrated with another business, your details may be disclosed to the BSAVA’s advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers and will be passed on to the new owners of the BSAVA.
