V18 Lineup

Regarded as the ultimate tribute band to Madness and the ska era, Badness promises an authentic and spectacular fun-filled production. Re-live the “Dance Crazy” ska revival days of the late 70’s & early 80’s with an endless array of classics including ‘Our House’, ‘Baggy Trousers’, ‘My Girl’, ‘House of Fun’, and ‘One Step Beyond.’ It’ll be a hot and sweaty one!

Rayguns Look Real Enough

The self-proclaimed “World’s Greatest Stadium Rock Band”. Bringing you the best bits of every hit with their insanely clever and hilarious mash-ups. Think Spinal Tap meets Morecambe and Wise with the most unique double act in the world of comedy and cabaret. Ray Gunn and Luke Reel combine character comedy with high-energy musical genius definitely not to be missed.

The Eskies

Purveyors of music that meanders from sea soaked waltz to Italian tarantella, from Brassy funeral marchesque lament to weep along Klezmar knees up. Skipping through the dark side of anything that makes you want to dance, steeped in melodrama and usually with not a small amount of tongue in cheek.

The Adelaides

This UK country-pop trio are a truly exciting live act with a blend of self-penned originals, leavened with a couple of well-chosen covers. Paris, Alicia and Abi (Liberty from Hollyoaks) have been turning heads and been welcomed on stages and radio stations across the country. Watch these girls fly!

Smokey Bellows

A raw mix of slow and fast rock with some steady harmonious bluesy tracks thrown in. Fresh from launching their first album ‘Landlocked City’, this Yorkshire based band has been quickly amassing a dedicated following from across the Region.

Silent Disco

Following the live entertainment at V18, the massively popular phenomenon that is our silent disco returns to keep you partying on through to the wee small hours.

Comedy Club Lineup

Justin Moorhouse

Northern charmer, Justin Moorhouse, is effortlessly friendly and engaging with his no-frills bighearted delivery. Like Peter Kay physically and vocally, and not unlike Alan Bennett linguistically, capable of ranting ecstatically with one of the most enthusiastically expressive faces on the scene, Justin is simultaneously down to earth and out of this world.

Tom Houghton

Funny and charming, with roguish tales and hilarious songs, make sure you catch this rising star before he goes stratospheric.

Rhys James

At just 26 years of age Rhys’ comedy style is distinguishably British and his wit is fast and sharp with a performance pace to match. In fact, some of his witticisms are so quick you can almost watch them fly over some audience members heads, but even if you do miss a joke, don’t worry – there is another one right behind it.

Ben Norris

With an acerbic attitude and a well-stocked arsenal of sharp lines, Norris is highly respected for his innate ability to improvise as well as deliver highly crafted material.

Laura Lexx

Comedian, actress and writer Laura Lexx is a gleeful performer who indulges her audience in an unrelenting childish attention.
