You don't need to go to registration. Follow signs for the bag collection point, located at Arena Birmingham entrance 'E' by the Malthouse Bridge, collect your lanyard, bag (which includes your programme, exhibition guide and exhibition vouchers), and enjoy yourself at Congress! Bag collection is also available at the ICC on Thursday only, between 8am - 11am.

Did you register after 28th March?

Your delegate pack will be available to collect from the document collection area next to registration in the Arena. Just enter the Arena via entrance E, head up the stairs and follow signs to document collection.
